Primary Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for designers in order to ensure effective and efficient
design department operations. 

                 Main Activities:
-	Sample tracking
-	Communicate with overseas office to ensure material prices are recorded and kept updated
-	Logging Prototype, Sample requests and sketches from the designers 
-	Style set ups  
-	Helping to organize design boards (designer's details/sketches) for each collection
-	Sorting/organizing samples in the LA show room
-	Will be trained on B2B program, Cels 400 program and basic shoe anatomy
-	Data Entry of designer's details for styles on B2B program
-	Research and keep a log of possible style names for shoes
-	Collect confirmation/line samples to provide for designers approval/comments 
-	Attend design/product meetings and take notes
-	Organize material books and swatches per season
-	Help to keep design area organized and clean
-	Review line sheet per collection to ensure style names/colors/materials/sketches are correct as the designer's details
-	Perform other related duties as required

-	2+ years administration experience
-	Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus
-	Great communication skills
-	Understanding of color and material categories
-	Organized
-	Attention to detail
-	Team player- will be working in a creative environment with several designers
-	Interest in fashion and footwear 
-	Ability to sketch is a plus
