Return and Exchange Policy
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from ChineseLaundry.com, your unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date printed on the receipt.
If you purchased from a retail store or a website other than ChineseLaundry.com, please handle your return with the original place of purchase.
Shipping is non-refundable and we do not cover the cost of sending your product back.
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase, this does not cover normal wear and tear.
Place the item(s) to be returned in a shipping box. Write the order number, which is a six-digit number starting with a 1, on the outside of the box.
Include the packing slip along with your shoes, specifying that you would like a refund by the item(s) you are returning.
Once your package arrives it takes about 7-10 business days to process.
We will confirm your refund has been processed via e-mail. Shipping is non-refundable; we are not able to make exceptions to this due to the high cost of shipping.

Please note the new size and/or color you are requesting on the original packing slip and include it with the shoes you are returning.
Upon receipt of your package we will confirm your exchange has been processed via e-mail.
Once your package arrives, it takes about 7-14 business days for the entire exchange process to be completed and shipped back out.

RETURN SHIPPING is not included in the FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION. Customers electing to return their purchase for either a credit or exchange will be required to return the product at their own expense. No exceptions.
